BUSINESS MEASURES

Here at Repair Boss we are taking the following precautions to protect the health of our employees and customers from the spread of COVID-19.

  • increasing hand-washing and hand-sanitizing frequency.

  • consistently cleaning all workspaces and highly-touched surfaces.

  • minimizing person-to-person contact by wearing gloves when handling all customer devices.

  • thoroughly sanitizing customer devices upon receipt and return

  • enforcing social distancing guidelines in all of our stores and kiosks

  • ensuring all employees and customers are wearing masks at all times


Additionally, we are following CDC recommendations, as well as closely monitoring and following federal, state and local guidance as the situation continues to evolve.

 

Finally, team members are asked to remain home if they have any sign of illness, and we are reinforcing preventative practices across all stores. We believe public health is a shared responsibility and are committed to doing our part to keep our communities safe.
